Meg grew up in the countryside of rural Wisconsin, amidst tawny fields, woods, and marshland. She spent her summers with her sisters climbing hickory trees and catching spring peepers.
After living in far-flung places both near and far—Los Angeles, New York—even all the way to Barcelona, Spain—she eventually found herself back in her home state of Wisconsin.
Meg’s work is influenced by her love for storytelling, meeting new people and exploring new places, and above all, nature. She strives to create art that is both playful and meaningful, inviting the viewer to engage with their imagination and tap into their own inner child.
She has a wide variety of experience, working across children’s publishing, character development for major motion pictures, greeting cards, illustration for brands and packaging, and much more.
